Thyssenkrupp appointed Martin Stillger as new CEO of Thyssenkrupp Materials Services, a distribution arm the group. Stillger will succeed Dr. Klaus Keysberg, who moved to the executive board of Thyssenkrupp on october 1, 2019, where he is now responsible for the businesses of Steel Europe and Materials Services, according to the official statement. experience because he has held various leadership positions at Thyssenkrupp Materials Services since 2008, Metal Expert learnt.
“As a strong Board team we will drive and improve the businesses of Materials Services. We are aware of the current and future challenges and we have answers to them”, said Martin Stillger.
Besides, Ilse Henne was appointed Chief Transformation officer of Materials Services with immediate effect “to drive transformation and growth at the biggest materials distributor and service provider in the western world,” according to Thyssenkrupp.
